An introduction presentation was given at our February 9th, 2017 MAC meeting. Our meeting on May 11th, 2017 was the first Winchester Community Plan Workshop for the community to interact with the Riverside County Planning Department and other staff regarding development in the downtown core and other areas within our MAC boundaries. Our September 14th, 2017 meeting was the second Winchester Community Plan Workshop and our third Winchester Community Plan Workshop was the focus of our February 8th, 2018 meeting. Winchester Community Plan Workshop #4 was held at our Municipal Advisory Council Meeting,
Thursday, October 11th, 2018.

Download the "RIVCOMOBILE" App.
With the App you can start a graffiti or Illegal Dumping report and service request. You complete the first form, upload photo or take a photo, select location, complete the next form and submit the report.
The App will display a comprehensive "Dashboard" overview showing total reports, open issues, completed issues and other information.
Our MAC area is invited to use this "BETA" application. If problems are encountered, please bear this in mind. This is a great app!

To aid in understanding development along portions of/and adjacent to the HWY 74 Corridor, the Menifee North Specific Plan land use map is provided below. Please note: This map is provided for area residents as a resource to understand what is happening in their area. The geographical areas that are in our MAC area were approved before the formation of our Municipal Advisory Council. There are complex issues which need to addressed by the City of Menifee, County of Riverside and our MAC. The map should not be construed as detailing areas desired to be annexed by Menifee or put up for your use other than to provide information on development planned within the Northern boundaries of the MAC.

An additional public hearing has been scheduled for General Plan Amendment No. 960 and the Riverside County Climate Action Plan on September 16, 2015 at 9 a.m. in the Board Chambers within the County of Riverside’s Administrative Center (CAC) located at 4080 Lemon Street, Riverside, CA. Beginning July 29, 2015, all Planning Commission meetings held within the Board Chambers of the CAC will be available for live streaming over the internet. Please see the What’s New section of the Planning Department’s web page at http://planning.rctlma.org/ for the link.
