The Winchester-Homeland Municipal Advisory Council meets on the second Thursday of the month starting at 6:30 p.m. The meeting is at the Francis Domenigoni Community Center, 32665 Haddock St., Winchester, CA 92596.  All meetings are open to the public.  As you pass through the lobby and into the gymnasium, immediately turn left and follow the hallway that leads to our meeting room.
